Sabrina has close to six years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR sales with an emphasis in outsourced recruiting services. Having a broad understanding of recruitment services and vast cross-functional full life cycle recruitment experience she has focused her efforts in the last 3 years in technology recruitment. Sabrina joined Novo's team in April of 2010.

The majority of Sabrina's consulting experience has been within technology focused firms across multiple industries; Financial Services, Cable/Telecom, Management consulting and Software. Her experience has been both as a full desk recruiter as well as solely in a sales role developing business and managing accounts for a recruiting team. Her ultimate goal is to educate corporations on all options around recruitment while helping develop strategy in talent acquisition and retention as well as driving bottom line results with value based solutions.

Sabrina joins Novo from KForce where she was a Senior Account Manager overseeing business development and a team of 5 recruiters. Prior to KForce she was a Global Relationship Manager for a division of Careerbuilder. Sabrina founded the study group H.Y.P.E. (helping young people excel) in 1999 to offer teens support with studies, athletics, and interpersonal skills and is a current member of N.A.B.O. Chicago.
