Our experience.
Our Client:   Rapidly growing Healthcare technology company with over 150 employees and $35M+ in annual revenue.  Their Human Resources Director was about to retire and they had no internal recruitment procedures in place.  Their only strategy for recruiting was to use Indeed.  

The Results:  Novo placed the new Human Resources Director and created internal talent acquisition procedures and metrics to better forecast and track talent.   As the company grows, Novo ebbs and flows with their need for new talent.  In 2015, Novo filled 21 positions, with 0 unfilled positions, across all department and all levels - including the new CFO.
