Kimberly Kane is Director of Client Solutions with The Novo Group – one of Wisconsin’s largest Talent Management firms. Novo provides innovative and cost-effective recruiting and outplacement solutions across industry, helping companies build pro-active strategy into their talent functions. Kimberly started her career with Novo in 2006 as a Recruitment Manager completing several senior level searches including CEO, COO and Vice President. In 2008, Kimberly was promoted to a Director of Client Solutions role in business development to broaden Novo’s base in healthcare, non profit, academic, government and other business sectors.

As Director of Client Solutions at The Novo Group, Inc., Tony Walby is responsible for account management and new business development. With Novo since 2007, Tony's focus is on increasing awareness of Novo's Services within the Milwaukee and Chicago markets, and for building new relationships and strengthening those already existing.

Sabrina has close to six years experience in Talent Acquisition and HR sales with an emphasis in outsourced recruiting services. Having a broad understanding of recruitment services and vast cross-functional full life cycle recruitment experience she has focused her efforts in the last 3 years in technology recruitment. Her business experience combined with her passion for combining operational excellence with teamwork has led to her success at Novo many areas including client recruitment projects, internal recruitment for Milwaukee, serving candidates as a NextPlace consultant, the creation of processes and standard operating procedures, and nation-wide resource allocation. Douglas joined The Novo Group in April of 2009, bringing 7 years of experience in streamlining operations and accounting processes. Through his Electrical Engineering background and graduate studies in Business Administration, Douglas has been able to recognize areas in need of process improvement as well as develop customized solutions that enhance Novo's ability to minimize time on task, while maximizing information capture and ensuring accuracy.
