Jennifer Boerst is currently the National Director of Service Delivery for the Novo Group – based out of the company’s corporate office in Milwaukee, WI. The Novo Group is a professional services firm offering innovative, cost effective talent acquisition solutions to clients across a variety of industries across the country.

Jennifer Boerst has been a part of the Group since its inception in 2003. She joined the group as a Recruiting Manager serving a variety of clients in various industries including; financial services, consulting and manufacturing, successfully completing numerous searches from Associate level to Director. (read more

Eric Mraz is currently the Director of Human Resources for the Novo Group. Eric joined Novo in 2006 in a contractor capacity to support Novo’s Marketing efforts but soon thereafter was offered a role as Resource Manager. In this role Eric was key in helping build strategy and process around Novo’s internal hiring methodology while building Novo's onboarding playbook. Mary is currently the Director of Operations for The Novo Group. Previously, Mary had been The Novo Group's Resource Manager from May '08 until February '11.  Her role is a multifaceted position that touches talent issues and the operation of The Novo Group in every way.  Her business experience combined with her passion for combining operational excellence with teamwork has led to her success at Novo many areas including client recruitment projects, internal recruitment for Milwaukee, serving candidates as a NextPlace consultant, the creation of processes and standard operating procedures, and nation-wide resource allocation. Douglas joined The Novo Group in April of 2009, bringing 7 years of experience in streamlining operations and accounting processes. Through his Electrical Engineering background and graduate studies in Business Administration, Douglas has been able to recognize areas in need of process improvement as well as develop customized solutions that enhance Novo's ability to minimize time on task, while maximizing information capture and ensuring accuracy.
