Mary is currently the Director of Operations for The Novo Group. Previously, Mary had been The Novo Group's Resource Manager from May '08 until February '11.  Her role is a multifaceted position that touches talent issues and the operation of The Novo Group in every way.  Her business experience combined with her passion for combining operational excellence with teamwork has led to her success at Novo many areas including client recruitment projects, internal recruitment for Milwaukee, serving candidates as a NextPlace consultant, the creation of processes and standard operating procedures, and nation-wide resource allocation.

Prior to Novo, Mary was in Aviation Management.  As the Manager of System Operations Control for a local airline, she was responsible for the successful operation of over 120 daily departures, ran two departments, led multiple cross functional executive teams, and was a company SME on all applicable FAR and corporate compliance issues.

She has over 9 years business experience focused in corporate and departmental budgeting, leadership, improving operational efficiency, developing corporate training programs, the creation/implementation of standard operating procedures, auditing, and change management.  Mary has her Bachelors degree in Public Relations from Marquette University.
