
Jennifer Boerst is currently the Vice President of Operations for the Novo Group – based out of the company’s corporate office in Milwaukee, WI. The Novo Group is a professional services firm offering innovative, cost effective talent acquisition solutions to clients across a variety of industries across the country.
Jennifer Boerst has been a part of the Group since its inception in 2003. She joined the group as a Recruiting Manager serving a variety of clients in various industries including; financial services, consulting and manufacturing, successfully completing numerous searches from Associate level to Director. In 2004 Jennifer was promoted to a Director of Client Solutions to grow Novo in a sales capacity. Her ability to remain agile and consistently meet or exceed her revenue goals while elating clients helped her reach Novo’s Pro Club Status (2004, 2005, 2006). In addition Jennifer was the highest revenue producer in 2005 across all offices.
In 2007 Boerst was awarded Circle of Excellence status and shortly thereafter promoted to Director of Service Delivery. In this role she quickly gained the respect of her former colleagues turned direct reports by effectively supporting, managing and directing recruitment efforts in the Milwaukee office. Just a year later Jennifer was once again promoted to National Director of Service Delivery, directing strategy and overseeing the efforts of all Delivery across the country.
Some of Jennifer’s major accomplishments in her Director role at Novo include the strategy and implementation of Novo’s outplacement program; NextPlace, as well as holding responsibility for growing the recruitment team from 5 to over 100 employees.
Prior to Novo Jennifer was recruited by Strong Investments (Milwaukee, WI) into their Leadership Training Program. After completion of this program she was placed into the Human Resources department and led the college recruitment function. She was responsible for recruitment strategy including planning, relationship building, coordination, interviewing, selection and campus presentations. She worked directly with Dick Strong and the Executive team to help select additional top talent for the Leadership Training program. At this time she was also given responsibility of recruitment in other areas of the business including investments, marketing and sales. Before leaving Strong Jennifer was promoted to a Relationship Manager where she worked directly with high net worth clients, building relationships, making recommendations, investment strategy, and attaining new assets, etc
