Douglas joined The Novo Group in April of 2009, bringing 7 years of experience in streamlining operations and accounting processes. Through his Electrical Engineering background and graduate studies in Business Administration, Douglas has been able to recognize areas in need of process improvement as well as develop customized solutions that enhance Novo’s ability to minimize time on task, while maximizing information capture and ensuring accuracy.
His passion for efficiency and data optimization has revolutionized Novo’s accounting department as well as enhanced certain facets of operations, HR and finance. Although Douglas heads up Novo’s Accounting and Finance Department, he has quickly become a valuable resource to many areas of the organization.
