Talent Pipelining for a $400 million Accounting and Finance Professional Services firm acquired by a global staffing company

Business Issue

The Client was experiencing extremely fast growth due to an infusion of capital from a new parent company as well as increase in demand due to market circumstances around Sarbanes Oxley.  The corporate recruiting team had been removed after y2k and the field organization was left to fend for themselves; missing revenue opportunities due to a lack of consulting resources.

Novo's Solution

Novo provided a team of 5 on-site recruiters on-site at corporate headquarters who handled all recruiting sourcing and candidate pipeline building for current and future hiring needs.  The Novo Project Manager on the team was not only recruiting but also managed the load balancing between office resource needs and recruiters' time. Ultimately Novo created a process that met both immediate and pipelining needs for the client.

Results

Novo hired 80 high level accounting/finance professionals in 6 months with a total cost per hire of 4%. Novo also built a more robust database that the client's HR staff could leverage for future needs.
