Novo helped the client design a new talent acquisition workflow and service level agreements with hiring managers while ramping up a team of 4 recruiting resources focused on all professional level and executive searches. Over the last 3 years Novo has had anywhere from 1 to 4 recruiters on site with expansion to a sister company.
Results
Change management and the strong relationship with Novo and the HR staff enabled the project to launch smoothly, producing 8% cost per hires and 49 day "time to hire" metrics with a great experience for hiring managers. This restored confidence in the HR team's ability to align recruiting with business strategies.
