Paul Green Joins Novo Recruiting

(Milwaukee, WI) - Novo Recruiting, the recruiting services firm headquartered in Milwaukee, announced today that Paul C. Green, Ph.D. has joined its Board of Directors.

Green was the founder of Behavioral Technology, a training and consulting company which was merged into Provant (NYSC), where Green served on the Board until he resumed his career interest in selection interviewing, video production and program development. He also recently co-founded Achilles Solutions, a performance coaching firm located in Chicago (www.achillessolutions.com). Green coined the term "Behavioral Interviewing" and was the primary contributor to 12 management training videos including "More than a Gut Feeling", the all-time best selling training video in any category.

Harris is best known for his role as founder and CEO of Jefferson Wells International, the accounting and auditing firm which was sold to Manpower in 2001. He is also the co-founder and Chairman of SilverTrain, an information technology services firm headquartered in Milwaukee. "We plan to open 15-20 Novo Recruiting offices around the US during the next five years. Dr. Green is a smart, driven entrepreneur with highly innovative ideas on how to best select employees and train hiring managers to do a better job of interviewing and selection," said Harris.
