Barbara J. Kennedy serves as Senior Vice President - Human Resources of United Stationers Inc since August 2008. Before she joined the Company, Barbara held various human resources management positions, serving most recently as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Safety, Recruiting and Driver Services for Swift Transportation. Prior to joining Swift, she served as Vice President, Human Resources at Barr-Nunn Transportation.

Michael is currently the Vice President of Personal Investments at Heartland Advisors Inc. Prior to Heartland he held the title of Director of Client Solutions for The Novo Group.
The bulk of Michael's career has been spent helping companies grow their client base and revenue through his own sales efforts as well as developing sales teams and strategies. He has shown a unique ability to identify the needs of his clients and the marketplace and develop and execute the plans to meet those needs.
Michael graduated from The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a degree in Finance and lives in Fox Point with his wife Rebecca and their two children.
For over twenty-five years, Paul has developed significant experience in a wide range of private equity investing from venture capital to leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Paul and his partner, Paul Sweeney, established PS Capital Partners in 2001 to execute an "invest, build and hold" strategy, focused on manufacturing and process businesses located in the Upper Midwest. Before forming PS Capital Partners, Paul and Paul Sweeney were partners at Horizon Partners, a middle market buyout firm, where they were involved in all aspects of its operation including investment decisions and portfolio management.
